Responsibilities

• Provide high level data integrity review to assure the consistency of performance data used to generate portfolio reports. Develop systems for monitoring data flows from FactSet and the interfacing of this data with the accounting and client reporting systems. Independently research data discrepancies and then develop solutions with third party data vendors.
• In conjunction with MIS, Operations/Accounting, and Client Services, develop templates to be used by Client Services in reporting data to clients, consultants and prospects. Maintain current templates and upgrade as needed.
• Work as a liaison between Data Admin Team, Performance Team, Accounting Team, FactSet, MIS, Client Service and Marketing for problem solving and communication.
• Assist with the design, implementation and ongoing quality monitoring of the Eagle attribution system to be used by Client Services in reporting attribution data.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• College (Bachelor’s) degree required
• Client Service experience in a Financial Services environment a plus
• Investment Management Performance experience required
• Extensive knowledge of performance and attribution practices and procedures in an investment management environment
• In-depth knowledge of Factset systems and their related front-ends and file specs
• Leadership capabilities and ability to affect change via influence and persuasion
• Ability to work to tight daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines
• Must be able to manage and prioritize requests for information from multiple sources
• Technical aptitude for systems/software applications (Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Suite of applications with both an analytical and database tool perspective)
• Extreme detail orientation and commitment to meeting identified quality standards
• Project management and system testing
